What the Higgs has to say about New Physics

Abstract: In this seminar we will discuss the discovery of the Higgs particle. We will review the current understanding of its properties, and the prospects of using Higgs data to learn about new principles in Nature. We will explain how Supersymmetry, new strong dynamics, and other proposals for beyond the Standard Model can be probed making use of this data. We will finish with an overview of what is the next frontier in the experimental Higgs program.
