A comprehensive analysis of the scalar sector of the LRSM is performed, in order to  examine possible tensions that affect the parametric space of the model at low scale. As  a consequence, the anatomy of the Higgs boson(s) is drawn in the model, giving rise to a  possible new LNV channel to probe the origin of the neutrino masses at the LHC, even in  the case the second boson is quite heavy. Although several constraints because of the  predictivity of the theory, we show that the SM-like Higgs boson  can still serve as a gateway within  the model.
